Damages on our products might occur due to careless handling in a process of packaging or distributing.
If a wrapper is torn or open, the food might be concerned with its spoilage due to aeration. Please don't eat it and contact where you bought it or customer service center (080-002-1100) to have a refund or exchange for the food.

There is a possibility that fine bones might be mixed in meat. We thoroughly check our products and process them, but sometimes fine bones are likley to be found in the products. Please check and read matters that require attention written in a wrapper and contact Customer Sevice Cetner (080-002-1100) during the failure.

A The fungi never live in refrigeration. You might mistake substances carbonized in a process of processing for the fungi. Please contact our Customer Service Center (080-002-1100).

A Silver is known for turning black when it gets access to toxic substances. However, this doesn't mean that everything is toxic. Chicken carcass (a lot of sulfur ingredients are included in chicken bones) contains sulfur and iron ingredients that are hamless to humans. So, after heating the chicken carcass for a long time, the sulfur ingredients are eluted and exist in the divalent ion state. For this reason, it comes in black when you put a silver spoon in the hot chicken carcass. This is silver sulfide, and the food is harmless.

A The black substances come up while cooking chicken foods because of the chicken's natural color. It looks black because its color contains iron. Thus, you can eat it with an easy mind.

   1)  Customers' complaints will be accepted via a variety of channels (Internet, phone call, letter, and others).

       - counseling at a homepage  :  Customer Support > Board of the Customer Complaint
    2) The complaints will be shared with the relevant department live in real time through the Customer Service Center.
    3) The relevant department confirms the complaints and takes actions for them and finally tries to improve the quality and products.
    4) Product issues will be rapidly handled based on customers dispute resolution standards announced by Fair Trade Commission.
